A good ginger beer is a pleasure. Its heat, gentle sweetness and lively fizz make a great base for drinks, and taking it a step further couldn't be simpler. Bourbon whisky pairs beautifully with ginger beer, adding lovely depth to the mixer base.

Steps to make the drink
- Fill a Collins glass with ice.
- Add the bourbon and listen to the ice cubes crack.
- Add the lime juice.
- Top up with ginger beer and give it one gentle stir.
